I will not perform any scripts that include offensive, discriminatory or politically sensitive language (some swearing may be acceptable depending on the script).
No NSFW, but I am very open to performing sexy characters (I have the right to determine whether your script is considered NSFW or not).
Strictly NO A.I. usage! It is prohibited to use my voice in anything that involves A.I. training.
I can detect and will reject machine-translated scripts.
Additions and/or changes to a script after the order has started will be subject to additional fees.
Always credit my work if the audio is released publicly (link to my carrd or Twitter @erushaVA).
NDA agreements are negotiable but may be subject to additional fees.
Clients must declare what the commissioned audio will be used for and purchase a license accordingly (unless the audio is for private and personal use only).
Redistributing or reselling any commissioned audio without my permission is strictly prohibited.
Purchasing a license may grant you permission to use the audio for promotional use or for profit, but I own the copyright to any audio containing my voice.
I have the right to showcase commissioned audio in my portfolio and redistribute/resell the audio, unless a separate agreement was made with the client.
Payment must be made upfront before I start working on the commission.
No refunds will be given for work that has already started and for finished commissions.
